Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Kenyon Designs LLC are subject to change based on final measurements, material availability, and changes in project scope. A formal contract will be provided before any work begins.

Payment Terms

• Deposits: A deposit is required – based on the project requirements – to secure your project date. The amount will be specified in the contract.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as specified in the contract.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your project, please provide written notice. Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the progress of the project at the time of cancellation.

Client Responsibilities

Warranties and Guarantees

Kenyon Designs LLC stands by the quality of its work. We offer a warranty on craftsmanship for one year following project completion. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenyon Designs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our services.
